Autumn/Winter 2010 New Product Blog Hop!

It's that time of year- Time for another new round of CTMH products!
Welcome to our Close to my Heart New Product Blog Hop! Over 50 Fabulous Close to my Heart Consultants are celebrating the upcoming release of the Autumn/Winter 2010 Idea Book by giving you a Sneak Peak of some of the great products available in the new Idea Book starting September 1st!

Out of all the paper packets, I must say that Hooligans is my new favorite. Naturally, it lends itself to Halloween, hence the BOO card below:

I used the simple alphabet chipboard and inked it up with one of the eight new colors, Sunset. And check out the new sparkles in new colors, too! I also used Tag the Occassion for the Happy, Halloween, and do you see the little mini-pumpkin, too? Love the way this one turned out!

But I wanted to think a little outside the Halloween box, so I made it work for Christmas (using the new Pear Ink) with one of the great new A-size sets- A Timber. Love these inexpensive sets, and so cute!

And who can resist a fun birthday card?

And since it is birthday season for our family, I had to show you a few more "Masculine" cards from the slightly feminine paper packet, Magnifique! I LOVE the cute coffee cup in A Sip (another fun A size). and again, the Tag the Occasion set is so versitle, and I love the little images!

BIG News, and Triple Play, too!

Our family has big news to share- I am pregnant! Eric and I are so incredibly excited! The weekend of our 18 week ultrasound, my mom flew out to be with us when we got a peak at our baby and to find out what we were having (first grandchild on both sides, I think she was just as excited as we were)! Imagine my surprise when the morning of the appointment, and my DAD walks in! He took the first flight out that morning, and even though he could only be here a few hours, it was the greatest surprise ever!
All four of us went to breakfast and then to the appointment. We were so happy to see our baby, happily moving around on the screen in front of us. And then we found out- IT'S A GIRL! And best of all, both baby and I are doing great- all her measurements and her heartbeat are right where they need to be!
I really wanted to capture just a few of the pictures from that weekend in one little place, and honestly, as soon as I saw Triple Play, I knew that was it! the Pink one is perfect for our exciting news:

Triple Play Kit!

For National Stamping Month, Close to my Heart came out with another great kit- Triple Play! It comes with everything you need to make three mini-albums (4"x4" in size), and let me tell you, they are cute! Stay tuned for my post tomorrow that will show one of the mini-albums completed, and some big news from our family as well!

Here are the contents of the kit:

This kit literally comes with everything you need to complete the albums- including four mini-ink pads (even Sunset, one of the new colors), and an adorable stamp set! The best part is that it comes with die-cut sheets for each album that match up with the stamps, so no cutting! LOVE IT!
